Hours:
Boarding Pets and Day Care - Drop off & Pick up times (Monday to Saturday) :
Drop Off: 6:30 - 8:30 am
Pick Up: 4:30 - 6:30 pm
​​It is important to respect these time windows, as we need to set aside time to clean the facility, as well as feed and exercise our guest animals.
If you are unable to pick up or drop off within these times, we can make arrangements to accommodate your timing ... or we can pick up or drop off your pet. However, these options may require that we bring in additional assistance, which we'd then need to charge for. Please let us know if you'd like to hear about these options.

Vaccinations, etc.
For the safety of all guests, we require proof of current vaccinations, for the following please:
- Rabies
- Distemper
- Adenovirus Type 2 & Parvovirus
- Parainfluenza/Bordetella Bronchiseptica (for the dogs)
- proof of recent (within the last month) worming/flea/tick treatment from May through November.
This will be required for review prior to check-in.
Payments:
Payment will be due when you are reclaiming your pet.
We are currently set up for EFT and Cash
Note that credit cards can be accommodated. However, this requires an additional 2.9% on top of your bill (which is painful and preferably avoided, for everyone's sake).
Exercise:
Unless I am absolutely certain that your dog is happy and comfortable with others, they will be given individual exercise opportunities. These will happen 3 - 6 times daily, weather and pet dependent. Optimally it will be 6 times, but if it's 40 degrees (above or below), or your pup is exhausted, it will be less. (Note that, during the day, they will always have access to their personal outside space.)

In good weather, Cats (& bunnies & ferrets) will have the opportunity to be outside in their own individual enclosed outside play area.
Security:
- There will be someone on the property at all times.
- The building is also equipped with cameras which can be monitored for those times when there isn't a human inside (overnight for example).
- The entire property is completely fenced and the gate will be locked anytime there are guests here.
- The exercise area is enclosed with 8 foot wood fencing.
- Unless we are advised differently, we will not release your pet to anyone you have not authorized.... please keep that in mind, if you are sending someone, other than yourself, to pick them up.
What to bring:
- food (please include portion/serving directions and pack extra - they will be getting a lot of exercise)
- bed / special toys (no one else will use them, but these may not come home in the same condition)
- your pet's regular medications, if any

Note that your signed information & waiver form and current vaccination records should already have been received, reviewed and approved prior to checking in.
We will provide the clean dishes and (with permission) some special treats at bedtime
